Do It Yourself

Maybe you just don't want to meet with an agent. You prefer more of a do it yourself type scenario. We make it easy for you.

There are four steps:

1. Order our EZLTCNY guide book.
   
   • Read the guide book
   • The guide book will provide you information about the different features and benefits of a long term care policy
2. Fill Out Two Forms
   
   • Feature Picker
     
     • Decide what features you want in your policy. Fill out the feature picker (by phone, FAX, email or online)
   • Health Questionnaire
     
     • Fill out the health questionnaire. (by phone, FAX, email or online)
   • Request your quote (by phone, FAX, email or online)
   • We will turn your quote around in most cases in 24 hours (Monday - Friday)
   • Accept your quote or modify it to meet your needs
3. Request an application
   
   • Once you have decided you want to move forward we take the application over the phone. We will then send you the application for your signatures. Simply sign the application and mail it back to us the provided postage prepaid envelope.
4. Policy Issued
   
   • When the policy is issued we will call you to let you know it's on the way. Put it in the mail and then follow up to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and see if you have any questions.
